The Austrian hotel terms and conditions (ÖHVB) apply, unless other conditions are expressly agreed.

To guarantee your booking we have to ask for a boooking guarantee, for which we can offer two modalities;
– Either you send us your credit card details (name, number, expiring date, verification code), subsequently we proof the validity of the card with a pre-authorisation. (we check if the card exists and if we can possibly debit costs).
– Or you send us a deposit of the costs with a bank transfer, please use one of the accounts mentioned below. Please note that we can credit just the amount to your reservation which we really receive on our account. (transfer charges!)

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR ROOMS
Payment is due upon arrival.
For reservations of more than 5 rooms, separate cancellation terms apply.
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance payment.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR APARTMENTS
Payment: Weekly invoicing. For stays of 14 nights or more, advance payment is required.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATIONS

The Austrian hotel terms and conditions (ÖHVB) apply, unless other conditions are expressly agreed.

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 2 days before arrival.
Separate cancellation policies will be announced in writing to their respective reservations.
Regarding changes or cancellations during the stay the room price for the entire booked stay will be charged.

Bookings of fewer than 14 nights: free cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival.
Later cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 3 nights.
Stays of 14 nights or more: free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Later cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the total stay.

SPECIAL PERIODS AND SEASONS
Different cancellation policies apply during high-demand periods such as Advent weekends, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Pentecost, and congresses, and will be communicated to you in your reservation confirmation.
