Located in the Art Nouveau building of the Hotel Zipser, we offer a total of two high-quality and well-equipped private apartments for individual travelers, cultural tourists and business travelers, who are particularly suitable for a long-term stay. Both private apartments are non-smoking apartments and are located absolutely quiet to the garden side of the hotel.

The private apartments in the Hotel Zipser have an anteroom with single-kitchen, bathroom with shower, vanity mirror & hairdryer as well as a separate WC with hand washing basin. The combined and spacious living & sleeping area with real wood parquet is equipped with a double bed, fauteil, desk, safe, telephone and 40 inch Smart SAT-TV with HD and radio channels. Wifi and broadband Internet we provide you free of charge. An individually controlled air conditioning complements the high quality equipment. Also we offer you a washing machine available shared for both private apartments.

A special highlight of the private apartment Ferdinand is also the heated conservatory!

Price and booking

The prices listed are per room and night, inclusive buffet breakfast, tax and all duties. Exceptions are diverse huge events in Vienna (e.g. trade fairs, congresses, etc.) as well as tourist season periods (e.g. New Year).
