From the anteroom with single-kitchen, equipped with glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, a sink and nespresso coffee machine you will reach the bathroom with shower, the separate toilet with hand washing basin and the garden side and absolutely quiet located, combined living-/sleeping room equipped with real wood flooring, double bed, fauteil, desk, telephone, laptop safe and 40 inch Smart Satellite TV with HD and radio channels.
Special highlight is the garden side located and heated conservatory with a size of about 10m².

As a special service, the staff of the hotel reception are at your disposal around the clock. We are happy to assist you with booking sightseeing tours, concert tickets or a table reservations in one of the many restaurants in the area. Faxing, copying, printing or scanning as well as the check-in for your return flight we are happy to take over and also assist you with any questions around your stay.

For a fee: Garage, Laundry service, Airport transfer, Extra bed, Nespresso capsules, Laundry detergent tabs.
Terms of payment: Weekly bill, from 14 days an advance payment is necessary.
Cancellation Policy: Minimum Booking Period 03 Days, Reservations made for less than 14 days can be canceled free of charge up to 05 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or non-arrival (no show) we charge 03 nights as a fee. For long-term reservations from 14 days of stay can be canceled up to 14 days before arrival free of charge. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Special cancellation conditions apply to holiday dates such as Advent weekends, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Whitsun and to Congresses and will be communicated writting on the reservation confirmation.
