At the “18th waldviertelpur” at Vienna’s Rathausplatz from September 27th to 29th, 2023, down-to-earth delicacies, music, customs, crafts and leisure tips from the Lower Austrian Waldviertel will once again be on offer!

Music, Traditions, Crafts, Holiday Tips, Food & Drink. “waldviertelpur“ at Vienna´s Town Hall Square: Viennese citizen like to come to the Waldviertel. That´s for sure. You know that. This September it’s the other way round, Citizens of the Waldviertel travel to Vienna. And with a large crowd: “Waldviertelpur” is the name of the festival, which this year will bring a large number of visitors to Vienna’s Rathausplatz into a Waldviertel gourmet atmosphere for the 18th time.
“Quite my Taste !”
The approximately 100 exhibitors have everything to make an appetite for the Waldviertel indulgence world. At cooking workshops, barbecue shows or show cooking there are culinary delicacies – from poppy-carps to smoked venison-meat with lentils to Waldviertel sushi, beer from Zwettl and Schrems, Kamptaler wines and sweet delicacies. In addition there is also information on leisure trips, Waldviertel getaways, treatments, golf holidays, crafts and more.
And it would not be the Waldviertlel, would not be also the entertainment program of the finest: For children and families as well as for movement and health conscious, various programm is offered. On the waldviertelpur stage, interviews and live performances will entertain the visitors !
